Write Your Mother Wound Story Peer Support Circle.

A 6-week write-to-heal & reflection circle for navigating the ache of a mother wound. Offered quarterly, each season explores a different terrain — from guilt to anger, love to boundaries — through the lens of narrative repair and self-regard.

What It Is:

A small, supportive writing circle rooted in the belief that healing is not about fixing what happened — it’s about finding language for what was lost, never named, or still aching.

This is not a writing workshop. It’s a place to:

  • Slow down and listen inward

  • Give shape to your untold story

  • Be witnessed without needing to explain

  • Rebuild trust in your voice, your body, your inner wisdom

Each season centers a different theme — because healing happens in layers, and each one deserves its own space.

What’s Included:

  • 6 live sessions (75 minutes each) via Zoom

  • Weekly writing prompts + somatic reflection

  • Gentle movement + guided ritual to close each circle

  • Audio recordings for continued integration

  • A private circle for compassionate sharing and witnessing

  • Optional 1:1 HELD session (discounted for participants)
