Sometimes a moment lands in your heart — a realization about your mother, your story, or the ache you’ve carried for so long. You don’t need coaching. You don’t need tools.
You just need to say it out loud to someone who understands.

This is a 1:1 space for quiet reflection, gentle integration, and deep listening. Together, we honor what’s coming up and give it the dignity it deserves.

This is for you if:

  • You’ve had a recent insight about your mother or childhood that you want to unpack in a safe space

  • You feel the ache of something unresolved and just want to be heard

  • You’re doing your own healing work and want occasional support without entering therapy or coaching

  • You crave warmth, reverence, and space to breathe

  • You are (re) learning the art of self-regard.

  • Guided Meditation

  • Follow-up reflection prompt and audio
